The videos showcase how two Elder mentors emerged as community role models and broke through barriers and obstacles that confronted them. This project is a WRN initiative, to advance ‘Truth Telling’ in line with the vision of the Uluru Statement from the Heart, and to showcase Elders’ life stories within the broader Australian community. Led by Deborah Ruiz Wall with videographer Dr Francisco Proenza, a small group of members completed the videos in 2019. They are now available from Dr Proenza’s Youtube channel or the WRN Youtube Channel.
